However, you can replace them with these meat noodles that are not made from any vegetable but from chicken breast, which would undoubtedly taste amazing. Being supremely high in proteins, chicken is the best thing you can add to your weight loss diet. The recipe uses chicken breast, eggs and psyllium husk (Isabgol as we know it). The husk is added just to make the noodles airy and light, so it’s optional. The ingredients are blended to make a fine paste and then stuffed in a piping bag and cooked in boiling water to make long, soft noodle straps. Use these low-carb noodles to make any dish you want. It could be Chinese noodles, tomato spaghetti, or any kind of pasta with loads of cheese to make it a Keto-friendly dish.
